User Experience (UX) Chief at LOi.
As a User Experience Chief, I'm the lead designer and creator of most user experience solutions created at LOi. I design, research, apply & test the new tools, technologies, and approaches to better user experience on every interaction our users & clients have with LOi.
Duties
These were my basic duties and responsabilities at this position.
- Conduct user research to inform, iterate, and validate the product design, using methods such as field observations, interviews, contextual inquiries, surveys, and remote usability testing.
- Create prototypes that demonstrate the intended end-user experience and key interactions.
- Supervise the user experience process and ensuring that all members of the UX team completes their work to establish a positive experience for customers
- Develop employees through training, workshops and annual reviews
- Lead internal reviews for feature and UI design, art direction and other UX/UI responsibilities
- Review and create concepts and ideas related to User Experience
- Create annotated wireframes or prototypes, conceptual models, user flow diagrams
- Lead a team of UI designers/artists to the delivery of a world-class user interface, contributing leadership and outstanding individual work to the effort
