Frontend Development Chief at LOi.
As a front-end development chief at LOi, I translate user interfaces designs and mockups into source code. I also research and apply new front-end related technologies and optimizations.
Duties
These were my basic duties and responsabilities at this position.
- Develop new user-facing features
- Build reusable code and libraries for future use
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Optimize application and website for maximum speed and scalability
- Research, validate and implement new front-end frameworks, tools or services
- Constantly monitor the platform's performance and optimization
- Lead junior, mid, and senior-level developers and continue to foster our creative, focused, developer-friendly work environment
- Work effectively with non-technical members of the company, as a leader on the development team
- Ability to identify problems with requirements, identify alternatives, and help teams navigate through these issues
Most relevant contributions or achivements
I personally led, collaborated or was directly responsible for:
- Migrated the front-end legacy code form HTML + PHP to ReactJS
- Design and Develop the complete front-end for the e-commerce platform and the mobile app all for the more than 15 version the platform has had
- Created a design system for website and mobile app
